The latest offerings of the women’s?adidas Tubular Defiant looks a little different. Can you guess what’s missing? Figure it out yet? It’s the laces, they’re gone!
This new modification ends up giving the sleek looking adidas shoe even more of a sleeker aesthetic. The shoe’s upper now only consists of?the neoprene strap construction and a premium leather heel. Coming in either off-White or Black, the shoes are paired up with tonal sole units to complete the monochromatic look. Both pairs are said to be dropping as a part of Rita Ora?s upcoming collection, you can now pick up either of these two colorways at select international retailers.

Author’s Take
The removal of the laces, really gives the shoe a brand new look. I wouldn’t be surprised if these do well as a men’s shoe if adidas ever decides of doing that.
