When looking for a fresh pair of kicks, its good to know that somewhere?s got your back. Foot Locker continue to bring sneakerheads a strong selection of the creps for the everyday, with February being prepped by the store for a strong set of new and exclusive releases.
Dubbed the sneaker store?s #HottestMonth of the year, over 60 new styles will drop across Foot Locker?s store over 29 days, with looks spanning a range of labels, styles and colorways. It also sees Foot Locker and Nike release an exclusive edition of the original tech sneaker, the Nike Air Tuned 1, in an exclusive colorway of black with yellow detailing. Designed by Sean McDowell, the sneaker?s bold, futuristic, techy look symbolizes a particular moment in ’90s sneaker and urban street culture like no other.
Serious sneakerheads can also get their feet into the metallic pack of Superstars and Stan Smiths, while adidas? Tubular X Knit in dark gray drops exclusively at Foot Locker, too.
Overall, February?s looks lay heavy emphasis on the big au courant trend of monochrome colorways, with a strong showing in triple white, red and blue (being the new red). Nike?s Roshe pack drops in full red, blue or black, with the Swoosh?s iconic Air Force 1 Low made available in red, white, blue or black. For the Three Stripes, the low profile sneaker of the moment, the Superstar, releases in blue and gray, while the popular ZX Flux goes for monochrome in triple white or black.
For the girls, pastel shades continue their upward ascent with a strong colorway choices made by Reebok for their iconic Classic runner, while Vans, New Balance and adidas? Superstar and Stan Smiths round out the set for the fairer sex.
